Reservations
Do you prefer the convenience of on-line
booking? Use our special service to reserve your
wonderful room at the Beech Tree Inn and
Cottage. Remember, all our rooms have private
baths, FREE off-street parking, cable TV,
telephone, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Rates
are based on a two-night stay and include a big
full breakfast. You'll have to call us to make
special arrangements for pets, children, or
extra adults.
Your reservation will be guaranteed when you
receive our confirmation letter. We try to keep
the online availability up to date, but be sure
to call us in case there are last minute
cancellations not posted here!! Sometimes we
have a room available even though our on-line

Check-in is by appointment and after 3pm.

3-night minimum stay on holiday and event
weekends.

2-night minimum stay on weekends with some
exceptions.

Some rooms can accommodate an extra person for
$50.

Some rooms can accommodate a play pen.

A specific room is assigned
for pets with a $25 fee for extra cleaning.

We will take
a deposit equal to at least one night's stay in
order to reserve a room.
The balance is due at
check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
Since we are a small inn, we have a strict
cancellation / change policy. There is a $50
processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled or
changed within 14 days of the arrival date and
by 9am on the date of arrival, we'll deduct $50
per room from the deposit and send you a Gift
Certificate for the remainder. Otherwise, we'll
refund your deposit minus the
cancellation/change fee. There are no refunds
for early departures, no-shows, or cancellations
on the date of arrival. |
